Oh and as for the EVs I plan on following Smogon, or just investing them into the "good" stats - like Blissey's HP. I also plan on IV breeding. Also I'm battling with my friends and EVERYONE is using Mega Lucario, so if you have tips on him that would be great! I plan on Volcarona taking him down somehow. Oh and I'm Amie-ing all of them so that should help, but I don't know if it applies to Wi-Fi battles...
Swalot - Liquid Ooze - Safety Goggles (I'm not really sure what item to give it...)
Gastro Acid
Acid Armor
Yawn
Toxic
Blissey - Natural Cure- Leftovers
Soft-boiled
Sing
Protect
Charm
Florges - Flower Veil - Air Balloon (I think Mega Tyranitar will be a popular choice too)
Moonblast
Aromatherapy
Light Screen
Calm Mind
Medicham - Pure Power - Medichamite
Reflect
Zen Head-butt
Meditate
Brick Break
Volcarona - Flame Body - Focus Sash
Quiver Dance
U-Turn
Overheat
Bug Buzz
Clawitzer - Mega Launcher - Scope Lense
Heal Pulse
Aura Sphere
Scald
Dark Pulse
We're also doing double battles, so that's why I thought to use moves like heal pulse and light screen. I'm really new to competitive battling, but I think this team would be fine against my friends. From a more competitive standpoint, though, is my team any good? If you have any suggestions/criticism I'd LOVE to hear it! :D
Also I don't know if Medicham can still learn reflect in X/Y but I'm pretty sure it can. Btw I really have no idea what to do with the items, so if I have to work on something at least give me tips on that. ;P

Toxic stall is not a viable strategy in Doubles, and Yawn and Sing aren't really that good either. Swalot should have some kind of attacking move and Protect. Blissey would love to carry Heal Pulse instead of Sing.
Florges isn't going to have the time to set up Calm Minds, so you'd be better off using Hidden Power Fire, Psychic or Hidden Power Ground for coverage. Also, you can run protect over Aromatherapy, because Protect is good.
Medicham gets Psycho Cut and Hi Jump Kick, which it should run over Zen Headbutt and Meditate. It's simply not bulky enough to set up with Meditate.
Volcarona is a poor choice for an offensive Pokemon in doubles, since it always needs a free turn to set up. U-turn is absolutely useless in in doubles, since you don't switch a lot. Overheat is outclassed by Heat Wave, which hits multiple targets. Also, run Protect on it, so that Medicham can have a turn to kill its threats with Pure Power Hi Jump Kick.
Clawitzer is slow and outclassed. Heal Pulse won't work on it, because it's not bulky enough to not die before using it, and it doesn't get priority in the move. Just slap Hydro Pump and Choice Specs in it, and spam it over and over again until it dies.
Your team looks like it was designed for a singles battle rather than doubles. You have to understand that doubles is ENTIRELY different from singles with what works and what doesn't. For example, Blissey is a good special wall in singles, but in doubles, where there are two Pokemon out at the same time, one of them is probably a physical attacker that can kill Blissey in one hit.
Oh, and you said you wanted a good way to beat Mega Lucario. I suggest you use Fighting Gem Breloom or Conkeldurr with Technician or Iron Fist, respectively. One STAB Mach Punch on a Lucario with 0 HP and 0 Defense EVs, easy OHKO.
