Science says that the earth remains in its orbit in space primarily because of the interaction of gravity and centrifugal force.
These forces, of course, are invisible. Therefore the earth, like other heavenly bodies, is suspended in space as if hanging on nothing.
Speaking from Jehovah’s viewpoint, the prophet Isaiah wrote under inspiration: “There is One who is dwelling above the circle of the earth, the dwellers in which are as grasshoppers.” (Isa 40:22)
The Bible says: “He [God] has described a circle upon the face of the waters.” (Job 26:10)
The waters are limited by his decree to their proper place. They do not come up and inundate the land; neither do they fly off into space. (Job 38:8-11)
From the viewpoint of Jehovah, the earth’s face, or the surface of the waters, would, of course, have a circular form, just as the edge of the moon presents a circular appearance to us.
Before land surfaces appeared, the surface of the entire globe was one circular (spherical) mass of surging waters.—Ge 1:2.

The Bible is scientifically accurate. It even contains information that was far ahead of its time. For example, the book of Leviticus contained laws for ancient Israel on quarantine and hygiene when surrounding nations knew nothing about such matters. At a time when there were wrong ideas about the shape of the earth, the Bible referred to it as a circle, or sphere. (Isaiah 40:22) The Bible accurately said that the earth ‘hangs on nothing.’ (Job 26:7) Of course, the Bible is not a science textbook. But when it touches on scientific matters, it is accurate. Is this not what we would expect of a book from God?

All the "heaveanly" bodies , including Earth, are moving in space in various ways and in various directions ! If the Earth was left hanging on a thread bu god, either it must habe broken into trillion pieces now, or if it was elastic, indestructible and infinite length, then the whole Earth would have been covered by a tangled thread, several miles thick by now !!

Bible says god created light, and then he separated light from darkness.
According to science, darkness is absence of light. So for somebody to "separate" light from darkness, there should be a mixture of both. So what is the mixture of light and NO LIGHT ?? How can there be such a thing? Not even GREY could be the answer ! If there IS light, then there is NO darkness, and vice-versa. So right from the beginning, Bible got pretty messy -at least scientifically. Then it got hugely messy logically!!
