I become deeply indulged in some thought and it is hard for me to ignore them. I am a hypochondriac. I wash my hands repetitively again and agin. I check 10 to 15 times if I have switched off my computer and turned off the lights before going to sleep. I rewash the same parts of my body to make sure that I have already washed it when I am bathing. When I throw something in the dustbin I recheck again and again if I have properly put the unwanted one inside the trash. When going out I recheck often and see if the doors are locked by trying to open the closed door over and over.
Update:if I do have it then how can this be cured. Will it lead to dangerous consequences
