Most of the time truths can vary from person to person. For example, it is true to me that it is warm tonight. My wife however, has a blanket over her legs. Understand also that truth is formed through experiences, beliefs, and opinions. There are also truths held by those who misunderstood something or have been deceived. How many followed Hitler and his truths? Truth should not be confused with fact as facts are proven points. All facts are shown to be true while all truths are not guaranteed to be fact. Since most truth is subject to change depending on the individual, I would say an ultimate truth would be one that is not so. I will now ponder the difference between an ultimate truth and a fact.....
I have thought about it and this is what I have concluded. The fact is that it is the warmest day in my area of Wisconsin so far this year. However, since it was still below sixty degrees today my wife is cold. The ultimate truth in this is that it feels warmer that any day in the past couple of months. So the fact and the ultimate truth are similar, yet had there been a greater wind I would not have felt as warm as say, yesterday when it was around five degrees colder on a thermometer.

Define Conclusive
A Universal truth!
Ultimately, Truth is ALL inclusive!
One!
Existence = the complete Universe = Nature = Reality = Consciousness = Truth = Love = 'Self!' = God = Brahman = Tao = ... etc....
ALL INCLUSIVE!!
'One'!
Ultimate truth doesn't make sense.
It indicates that some "truth" can be somewhat untrue.
ultimate truth and truth of an issue is the same thing.....there are no varying degrees of truth.....
