Estoy tratando de hacer un libro, esta bien el contexto:
Story about the daily life, different situations, is a story about love, heartbreak, health, money, prosperity, arrogance, etc. as they go telling the story, the readers will learn vocabulary in English what not seen in a book

NO PODÉS PONER THEY sin haber nombrado antes a quienes te referís. Entiendo que hablás de los personajes, pero no los estás nombrando.
AS significa COMO O CUANDO. (While =mientras.)
Si lo vas a escribir en inglés, no hay necesidad de que aclares "vocabulario en inglés".
WHAT NOT SEEN= incorrecto.
Dos oraciones se unen con WHAT para decir:
CUÁL = (con acento en castellano)= I told him what the problema was. Le dije CUÁL era el problema.
LO QUE= I realized what was happening.Me di cuenta de LO QUE estaba pasando.

En tu frase corresponde WHICH (=el cual) o THAT(=que) pero WHICH /THAT NOT SEEN = el cual /que "no visto", está mal.
Tampoco está bien que hagas esa afirmación. Has querido decir: vocabulario que no SE HA VISTO en "un libro".
UN LIBRO:
1) ¿En qué libro? Está mal expresado.
Habrás querido decir en "ningún" libro. O "reunido en un libro", pero No podés hacer esta afirmación porque tendrías que haber leído todos los libros en inglés que existen para saberlo y poder afirmarlo con tanta seguridad.

Conviene que escribas el relato dentro de tu nivel de inglés, de lo que sabés cómo se dice, porque si apuntás al nivel más alto, vas a cometer muchos "horrores". Además, para las correcciones conviene que las consultes con un profesor, que es el que mejor te va a saber decir qué está mal.
