I’m a videographer by trade, filmed and edited an entire course for an individual I thought was trust worthy and so I was flexible on payment. Three months later they’re ignoring my calls for payment and continue to use the videos that I filmed and edited, is there any room for action on my end?

Send the client a cease and desist demand letter, registered with a receipt of delivery, and demand they immediately discontinue using your copyright protected work. Rights to use that work do NOT pass to the client until your bill is paid in full. Use of the work prior to the bill being paid is copyright infringement for which, if necessary, you will take action in federal court. ....You should have a clause in your contract indicating that usage rights to all work you produce transfer to the client after your bill is paid in full.
You sue them.
Plenty of room at the courthouse. That's what it's there for, to seek legal redress for civil matters.
Depending on the subject I would post them on YouTube if I had kept the originals.
You can sue for using your work and not making payment...
What does your contract say?
If it was all spelled out in a contract you can take them to court or small claims. If you didn't get a written contract, live and learn.
