He hasn’t had any shots yet I’m taking him next week but the back right side of my tongue is itchy now I’ve never experienced this before. Could I be having an allergic reaction? I’m not every itchy around him. This is the first time this has happened?

You need to see a doctor. Any mouth has a lot of bacteria in it, including dogs and cats.
You might need to be on antibiotics for a while. I wouldn't mess with this - i would get treatment.
And it doesn't matter if a cat has shots or not... either way they are going to have bacteria in their mouths. If you have a cat, you also need to realize they are independent souls and don't like being forcibly held. I'm sure this is why the cat bit you, right?
You have an infection so see a Doctor. Rabies is rubbish, even with shots cats carry bacteria in their mouths permenantly.
You need antibiotics now.
if this is the first time this has happened consider going to the doctor and checking it out, and make sure your cat has had all of the necessary shots, because there is a possibility he might have given you rabies.
