Can't knead nerikiri 煉り切り（ねりきり, it's too sticky, what to do?
This is my first time trying to make nerikiri. my result product is too sticky and stick all over my palms. i can't make it into a smooth ball or knead it. Can anyone please tell me what did i do wrong? and how could i fix it? thank you
