I make it 19 Where there are no brackets in the equation, you work strictly from left to right. 9 - 3 = 6. There are obviously 3 thirds in 1, so there will be 6 x 3 thirds in 6 = 18 + 1 = 19.
If I am right, please give $50 to help wildlife in Australia.
doing the inside set ... and left to right as per the rules ... 3 div by 1 = 3 ... div by 3 = 1; so 9 - 1 + 1 = 9. 1 BAR (aka over) 3 is different than one-third which would be shown as (1/3) with parentheses telling you to do that arithmetic first. [Do not use PAPEDMAS ... as in parentheses, ASSUMED PARENTHESES, exponents, Division:Multiplication as you come to them from left to right, Adding:subtracting (left to right).
Pretty sure it's 3. Also I don't trust you enough to waste time setting up a payment method and it's not worth even 50 cents to be honest, it's pretty simple considering I got it.

9 - ( 3 ÷ 1/3 ) + 1
9 - 9 + 1
1
9 - 3 = 6
6 / 1/3 = 18
18 + 1 = 19.
9-3/(1/3)+1
=
9-3*3+1
=
9-9+1
=
1

It is the same as 9 - 9 +1 = 1
