Why bother going to the extra expense that a pregnancy test at a walk-in clinic would cost? Go to CVS, or Wal-Mart, or the Dollar Store and buy a home pregnancy test for less than $2. It will give you the same result that you would get at a walk-in clinic, and it would be a LOT cheaper than what the clinic will charge.
It would be way cheaper to buy the 88 cent pregnancy test from Walmart or any dollar store's dollar test.
Out of curiosity, I did a cost comparison for a single person with a very low income at a Planned Parenthood, and it would be $20 there for a urine pregnancy test. Go to Walmart, Walgreens, or CVS.

You could or you could just go to the pound shop (or dollar store) and buy a pregnancy test cheap. They work the same.
Yes, most health clinics will do a pregnancy test if you ask. But you'll pay a huge amount of money for the privilege.
You can do a home test, or go to Planned Parenthood.
If you continue to feel tired and unwell, you'd want to see your regular doctor for further assessment, regardless of what the test shows.
Go to the dollar store and buy one. Have you a actually missed a period? If not don't waste your money on either.
