The Torah is one of five books of Moses. The Torah is a portion of the BIble. The Torah prophesied the prophets and Christ so it testifies to the entirety of the Bible as the word of God.
But nitpickety things aside, I'd like to understand why you think that. I think it's an interesting assertion that you make. I've never heard it before. (The Torah is only one section of the Jewish Bible. I can understand why a Jewish person might say that the Jewish Bible is the only holy book, but I've never heard that only the book of law was...)
I, as a Christian, see both the New and Old Testaments as holy books.
No the Toran is not the only Holy Book and you are not alone in thinking this, but I can promise you that the Torah nor the bible is the only holy book.
No the torah are books of Lucifer and the false christ Moses as are all other books in the OT except Daniel
The true Christ Jesus, gave us 7 books, these 7 books are the true bread from heaven, these 7 books are the words spoken by Jesus that make up His good news, his new testament, these 7 books contain the truth that Jesus gave up his life to bring to us so that we may have heaven (the word) on earth as it is in heaven.
The 7 books (the words) of the new testament, our covenant with the Father are Daniel, Matthew, Luke, John, Thomas, the Spirit of Truth and Revelation, only.
The word of God ("word of God") can be found only twice within the OT, find them, and learn what they Truly say.
6 of the 7 books mentioned have one (1) thing in common and if you read the Gospel of Jesus according to Thomas you will see what the 6 of the books have in common.
JESUS SAID,
The book of Daniel dose not contain direct quotes attributed to Jesus, but Jesus himself commanded you to read Daniel in Matthew 24:15. Daniel is the only book in the OT that Jesus commanded you to read and if you LOVE Jesus as told in John 14:15-26 you will do ALL that Jesus commanded.

Torah is not a book. It is 5 books. The Mosaic writings.
It is a part of the Tanach (Old Testament).
So the question is flawed in it's current form.
If the Torah is accepted as Hold (and it is) then the others in the Tanach are also acceptable.
God bless.
EDIT:
To: Servant A - Why not Isaiah or Psalms or any of the other 22 books Jesus quoted from?

The only Holy Book [in the world] is the KJV1611 Bible
Why you can believe the Bible and since the Bible is true, then
