Can my wages be deducted by court orders leaving me with less that £100 p/w?
If you have a court order that is taken straight from your wages can they leave u with under £100 per week? Hi there I get paid 4 weekly and earn about £400 net pay! 2 court orders on my pay slip one I knew about the other it could be my water bill! But after this I'm left with only £350? Are they allowed to leave me with less than £100 per week to live on? I don't earn much but my partner works also I have a child but don't recove any tax credits or housing benefit so things are tight enough!

If that's what the court ordered, that's what has to be done. Presumably you gave the court details of your income and outgoings so it could work out what is reasonable. If you don't like it, appeal.
Yes, the court can and has made this order - presumably you gave the court a full and accurate statement of your position.
