so im a 14 year old girl and i reeaaalllly want a six pack. im a competitive gymnast training 14 hours a week (4 hours three days a week and 2 hours one day a week) andi consider myself really fit and athletic and im not fat by any means, and i think my core muscles are very strong! but why am i the only one without a six pack!??? we all do the same workouts at gymnastics and almost everyone seems to have one but me! i dont eat healthy but i dont eat unhealthy, if that makes any sense. im kind of inconsistant and will eat healthy one day and unhealthy another, but is there a way to get a six pack without changing the way i eat? i really dont want pills or anything fancy that i have to pay for! but your help is really appreciated!!

Update:@TuneZilla exactly...what i didnt want to hear, yes i know that and im glad i am still strong but i would really love them to show too, i really dont care if you think its gly or not

a lot of cruches and other core activity. lose almost all belly fat (it covers the muscles up if you already have them) by running a lot. personally, girls without 6pax but fit are more atractive than girls with 6pax

Trust me not having one is your secret weapon. Your abs are somewhat sleeper status.
They say oh your weak you don't have a six pack, then you show them up and watch the jaws start dropping. This works with cars too. In my opinion I think girls are cuter with no abs but just fit.
Yes give it time in in gymnastics to just give it lots of time lol and follow your coaches conditioning and whatever you do DONT stop lack of form do more than your coach wants you to do and you will get it pretty fast
