I KNOW IT KINDA LONG BUT PLEASE READ!!
and please dont be rude or say that girls shouldnt have six packs, thanks :)
so im a 14 year old girl and i reeaaalllly want a six pack. im a competitive gymnast training 14 hours a week (4 hours three days a week and 2 hours one day a week) andi consider myself really fit and athletic and im not fat by any means, and i think my core muscles are very strong! but why am i the only one without a six pack!??? we all do the same workouts at gymnastics and almost everyone seems to have one but me! i dont eat healthy but i dont eat unhealthy, if that makes any sense. im kind of inconsistant and will eat healthy one day and unhealthy another, but is there a way to get a six pack without changing the way i eat? i really dont want pills or anything fancy that i have to pay for! but your help is really appreciated!!
Thank You :) :) xoxo

Nothing is wrong with a girl having a six pack, ever heard of jillian michaels, that chick is fit as hell and very successful in the fitness industry. Im a guy and i respect girls who want a 6 pack, its not gender based, dont let the media and internet screw with your head.
In terms of what your doing wrong, a 6 pack isnt something you cant always build. A lot of youtube videos are going viral at the moment (look up sixpackshortcuts as the channel name) and this asian guy mike claims that the key to a 6 pack, is the fat thats covering it. imagine you have a 1 inch think sleeping bag and your sleeping on a bed of rocks (doesnt sound nice lol). imagine if god and his almighty hand pressed that sleeping bad into the ground and kept it flat, what would you see? yes, the rock formation from underneath the sleeping bad, your fats the sleeping bag, rocks be the abs lol. i probably cant give as solid advice as the guy above who studied muscle development, but i can tell you i have personally gave it a go, and really cutting down that body fat percentage can make a difference in how your stomach looks. He is also right in the respect that everyones bodies have the some components, but are all different if that makes any sense.
Another thing, stop the sea sawing with your eating habits meaning dont eat burgers and fries one day, and green salads the next day, thats just making your body look up at you and say "hey what the heck are you doing?" having a consistant diet is important in developing core muscles in your abdominal regions. You said "any way without changing my diet" well wake up sister, you work out a lot, are competitive (which is healthy and good for the brain) and seem to be healthy, but your eating habits are not on par with the workout and goals you are setting up. My best piece of advice, and i do this too, is eat like sunday-friday all healthy, then saturdays just go ballistic, like chocolate bars, and burgers, and just eat what has been in your head all week until you look at it when your done and it makes you not want to touch those foods for a whole nother week!! haha i always get doritos (love those blue bags...) and i buy the big bags and i tell myself, if i want doritos i have to finish the whole bag, i cant go half on it, thats the cost of wanting doritos, and boy i feel like **** afterwards. now this is temporary, eventually you start to go astray from these "go crazy" days and just resume a full time healthy diet, but if you want to eat some unhealthy crap still, this is a good solution. And that day can be any day, i just use saturday cuz im with friends on those days haha.
Anyways good luck :)

Yes I have one and I'm 14 I have an 8 pack😂
Nothing is ever achieved without sacrifice. Diet is a BIG part of defined the abdominal muscles. In addition, everyone's body is different. It may be more difficult for you to develop a defined abdominal cage. Rome was not built in a day, neither is your body. Definition is a process that has to be constantly worked on, not a short fling. If you are serious about developing your abdominal, try starting with this: Scissors, Side Crunches, Sit ups. Do each one till you can feel the burn and then some and repeat it three times every other day.
