Ok I found this pigeon on my way from walking home from school. I think it was hit by a car, he was bleeding from the mouth so as suspected internal bleeding. And couldn’t function his legs properly. My parents won’t take him to the vet cause “it’s just a pigeon” but being around him has actually made me feel better about myself ( mentally unstable ) and so I’ve had him for a week. He doesn’t look like a newborn he could be 2 years at least I would say. I found a YouTube video of EXACTLY how he acts like and here it is.

He sits like that with his legs extended but he can bend them perfectly fine. When I found him he wasn’t moving his legs at all, I did a bit of therapy on him and now he can move them but now he has that issue. He can’t perch or stand. His wings work just fine, his head and neck are perfectly fine. His droppings are okay most of the time only once was very liquidity and runny.
