I was being sued for Child Support. I did not know the young lady, nor have I lived in Florida. After the paternity test it came out that I was not the father. It has taken all must a year and a bit of money to get this resolved. My question is do I have any recourse?

If the cost was less than $5,000.00, you can certainly pursue getting your money back in small claims court. The process is easy and doesn't require a lawyer in court. You can have a lawyer or paralegal help you fill out the paperwork if you like. Since it sounds like there was no substantial standing for the claim you should have a really good chance of winning.
The rules vary somewhat from county to county in Florida but overall they are very similar (see second link below). You could also try mediation / dispute resolution through the Court system (fourth link below). That process can be highly effective.
Contact the media about this. I suggest you send a detailed letter about what has happened to you to Radio Commentator, Glenn Sacks.

Detail everything and consider hiring an attorney to sue her. Florida may be the only state in the country where you can do this. The state supreme court has allowed a doctor to sue a woman who impregnated herself using his semen taken during oral sex. She was awarded child support, but he can sue her for damages. Glenn will have a copy of the story.
It depends on what you spent money on. If you ordered the paternity test then you are responsible for paying for it. It's hard to say without knowing what you spent money on. Your best bet would be to speak to a lawyer. The majority of them offer a free consult. Good luck!
I think you should be reimbursed for all the monies you spent on this case since it was proved you're not the father. Speak to a lawyer and see what your rights are. Good Luck!
thats so weird, you must have had the same name and age as the real supposed father. I would counter sue the lady for wasting your time and money!
I'm not sure, but you could maybe sue her for falsley ccusing her if you seriously don't know her and there is no possibility of you being the father, sue her for expenses paid.
You can counter sue for damages that you had to pay to because you were completely falsely accused.
that doesnt make sense speak with a lawyer or a doctor about it they can help
