So my manager has been doing and saying slick things. I’ll give some examples. One thing I noticed he did was give me thanks for my hard work. Which I appreciate. But I found out he didn’t thank anyone else & he barely does. So I feel he’s favoring me. 2 he’s always picking on me in front of people. In a jokingly way nothing bad. But people are noticing it. 3 he made a comment about what happened to my nails & that I should have asked him to do them , Like gel polish. 4 he was touching my shoulder one day. He’s also always staring at me like legit eye contact. I’ll give it back & he won’t turn away. Also he expressed to me how something I said to him bothered him & touched his chest.
