Suppose that in some broad region of the atmosphere the air temperature is 5°C. Then within a part of that region, a cloud quickly forms. The air far outside the cloud remains 5°C, but would the temperature of the air where the cloud formed likely be warmer or cooler than 5°C? Why?

The air would be warmer as condensation is an exothermic process which releases the latent heat contained within the water vapor.
When you so blatantly just copy and paste your homework on here that you leave the "B." at the beginning, I'm not helping you.
