There's no reason for atheists to discuss atheism. Any question which contains "atheism" is necessarily religious or spiritual in nature, since there is nothing to atheism than saying no to all forms of the supernatural.
This is why any and all questions and statements about atheism can be thoroughly answered in the religion and spirituality section. Any other "atheist" questions can be found in the political, ethics, philosophy and/or science sections, since atheism doesn't say anything about those.
Because atheism is a tenet pertaining to people's belief or lack thereof in Religions and Spirituality. If we're in the politics sections, discussing some political issue, there will be people both for and against that particular issue, not separate sections for the people in favor of it and other separate sections for people against it or even people who want to discuss third options about it.
i'm no longer obsessed on spirituality, and that i've got no longer met or heard of the different atheists who're obsessed on spirituality. Why are you so obsessed on utilising the trademark image next to issues that are patently no longer trademarked?
This is the section for atheists. It would be discrimination to have a separate section for atheists unless you are also advocating a separate section for Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, etc, etc, etc.
Hey! Atheists are people too! We have feelings too, just like you guys! Don't separate us from the theists! We will loose our opponents and give us no point in living!

From how I see it, it would look pretty much like the R&S category only with more atheists.

Every other category is an atheist category.
Why would we need one of our own? So we can discuss how we don't believe?
Oh wait, we already do that here.
Read a dictionary, the common denominator between a theist and atheist is religion. Therefore the common topic is religion.
Oh, I am not your answer. Really.
