you should always want a shoe that you already noe the brand name.. ask around to your friends or flip through a magizine to help. a good running shoe is puma.. some of them hold ankles really good and you dont get hurt in them. running 4-5 miles is alot so you would want the best shoe for u. if you do ghet a shoe that you like then get it medium because ur foot needs to be inclosed in an area where it cant get hurt. hope i could help!
