OK-ish. Really best for festivals where you've help around if it all goes pear-shaped and you're not out in the wilds.
Dordogne can get windy. You'd need to get it pitched right and pegged out well with good pegs. The ones supplied are not great. Buy some from Millets, or the more expensive ones that Tesco have, not their cheap ones.
You'd be better off looking for a tent in Millets and see what special offers they have. You can get a decent tent and sleeping bags as a package deal quite cheaply as well.
£20-30 for a good enough 2-person tent and £40 for a tent with two sleeping bags. Look in Millets in the next town too. Offers vary between stores.
My own tents are Coleman. Cheap and well made, been to Wales, Lake District, Scottish Highlands, Alps, Andes, Spanish side of the Pyrannees, all over Europe. Still going strong.
