Are the flying disc´s that people usually call UFOs human made or extraterrestrial?
Update:
I did see a round flying object once that would disapear then reappear then disapear then reappear until it flew away for good at a really high speed. I saw this at night way up in the sky when I was 12 or 13 years old in Central America.

Human, most likely. 90% of all UFO sightings are claimed to be seen near military bases. Real aliens would probably want to stay away from those places. So most likely there just aircraft prototypes. In fact both the b-2 spirt and the f-117 stealth bomber were mistaken for UFOs on their first run.
UFO just means unidentified flying object. It by definition is unknown by the observer who made it (if anyone at all or if it is a natural object).
Neither. In all cases, that had enough information to identify them, they are natural phenomena like lenticular clouds or human phenomena like flak lights and very often simple scale models filmed.
