It would help a bit to know what you intend to do with the air-rifle. For example are you just wanting to plink soda cans in the back garden or do you want to shoot rabbit at 30 metes... The reason I ask is because if you want to do the former you don't really need a "full power"/11-12 ft-lb airgun, just something accurate. While if it's the latter you should be looking for a "full power"/11-12 ft-lb airgun so you have plenty of power for small game.
In that price range, your best option is to look for a good s/h (that's gently used to us yanks) spring-piston airgun. I did a quick check on Guntrader.co.uk and see a number of .22 caliber BSA Meteors and a couple Gamo spring piston airguns for under 130 GBP. Those should be relatively good quality airguns. Ditto on a Webley Patriot I'm seeing on Guntrader.co.uk.
If you want a new airgun, you might take a look at either the spring-piston Cometa 220 or the co2 QB78 Ratsniper. Both of those are relatively good quality airguns which should be in your price-range if you shop around a bit.
I'd strong encourage you to avoid the SMK B-series airguns. They're cheaply made in China. As a result quality varies widely from gun to gun. Picking the B-3/B4 as an example (because I've seen numbers on those airguns...) they're going to deliver groups of around 3.8cm at 10 meters and power levels in the 5-6 ft-lb range. I'd expect that level of performance to be typical of the rest of the B-series airguns...
I will second what "J Kirsch" had to say and add one.

For info only, since this is over your stated limit.
I was looking at Guntrader yesterday, and if you could go the difference. There was a Weihrauch HW80 for 180GBP. That's a great price on one of the best air rifles ever made.
to stay reasonable, you'll likely be procuring for used rifles. both Marlin and Savage fingers make bolt-action and semi-computerized rifles that are close to on your $one hundred thirty value-aspect. Ruger sort 10/22 rifles value extra, yet may be cheap in used condition. i purchased a Marlin sort 25 in used condition for decrease than $one hundred, such as prices & taxes. the previous proprietor(s) did not look after it good and they allowed rust to sort on outdoors sufaces. in spite of the undeniable fact that it wiped clean up decently and shoots nicely. you'll discover some deals if you're keen to stay with beauty blemishes. purely be certain the rifle is in automatically sturdy condition for ideal operation. sturdy luck.
