The Holiday is a really good romantic movie but if you're looking for something that will make you cry I recommend The Notebook.

Fools Rush In with Matthew Perry and Salma Hayek. It's a great romantic comedy that always makes me bawl towards the middle.

Reign Over Me, not exactly romantic but very heart-wrenching.

If you haven't seen the sisterhood of traveling pants...you should. It's a serious tear jerker.

The Holiday, it was really good, I cant remember if I cried or not, but I really loved this one!
