Make jalapeño poppers :) cut the jalapeños in half, remove all the seeds and stuff them with regular cream cheese wrap bacon around jalepeño and bake in the oven around 375° til bacon is fully cooked. They're amazing :)
I'm sure you know the heat is mostly in the seeds. You can reduce the hotsy-totsyness of your crop of jalapenos by splitting them in half and scooping out the seeds. Then quick rinse, dry them thoroughly and roast them w/canola oil or whatever oil in a skillet on high or on a bbq. The more they roast the less hot they are, you know where the outside is browned...that should reduce the spike in Capsaicin.
BTW, I love jalapeno relish which really tastes mild even with super hot jalapenos. Tastes great on hot dogs and hamburgers! Recipe below:
If there is an Indian or Mexican restaurant near you maybe they would buy them or you could just give them away so they don't go to waste. Save some for yourself and use very sparingly in cooking. A few slices of one in huge chilli pot will just add a touch of heat.
Community Cupboard might accept them as a donation to go to people who cannot afford the food that they need for their families. Many of those families like hot food!
You could chop them up pretty fine (in a blender for safety sake), freeze them in miniature icecube trays, out them in baggies, and cook them into soups & stews & such (one mini cube per pot-full).

I don't think u could sell them since its only a bucket.....maybe give them to neighbors or friends
Sell them to your local mexican shop. Ask. Sometimes they'll buy them off you. Not for much but its better than nothing. Heck, I would buy them.
You could try selling them or see if you can make some type of sauce/ chutney and sell it.
