You would have been better to quote the speed in m/s
km and hours are incompatible with the rest of your question.
now the acceleration of the car is limited to μ * g where g is approx 9.8 m/s^2
so if t = v/a we have t for 0.8 = v/ ( 0.8 * 9.8)
and the time for μ = 0.2 = v/ ( 0.2*9.8)
the distance comes from v^2 = 2as
s = v^2 / ( 2a)
hence for 0.8 the distance is v^2 / ( 2 * 0.8 * 9.8)
and for μ = 0.2 you have v^2 / ( 2 * 0.2 * 9.8)
Choose your speed in m/s and evaluate these.
If I use 10 m/s I get 1.28 s and 5.10 s
and distances of 6.4 m
and 25.5 m respectively
