An 8.66-kg block slides with an initial speed of 1.68 m/s down a ramp inclined at an angle of 28.5° with the horizontal. The coefficient of kinetic friction between the block and the ramp is 0.80. Use energy conservation to find the distance the block slides before coming to rest.
Could someone please show my how to do this step by step? Thanks!

normal force Fn = mgcosΘ = 74.6 N
friction force Ff = µ*Fn = 59.7 N
work by friction W = 59.7N * d
where d is the distance slid.
The block falls h = dsinΘ = 0.477d.
Both PE and KE are dissipated by friction:
mgh + ½mv² = work
8.66*9.8*0.477d + ½*8.66*(1.68)² = 59.7d
19.2d = 12.2
d = 0.637 m
