The disciples questioned Jesus on that day, saying: 'O master, why didst thou make such answer to the woman, saying that they were dogs?'
Jesus answered: 'Verily I say unto you that a dog is better than an uncircumcised man.' Then were the disciples sorrowful, saying: 'Hard are these words, and who shall be able to receive them?'
Whereupon God told to Abraham the fact concerning circumcision, and made this covenant, saying: "The soul that shall not have his flesh circumcised, I will scatter him from among my people for ever."
The disciples trembled with fear at these words of Jesus, for with vehemence of spirit he spoke. Then said Jesus: Leave fear to him that hath not circumcised his foreskin, for he is deprived of paradise. And having said this, Jesus spoke again, saying: 'The spirit in many is ready in the service of God, but the flesh is weak.

Yeshua told the woman that because He had not been sacrificed YET, then those who were not circumcised were considered by His Father pagans, part of the portion who belonged to the fallen angels (each one of the 214 of them chose a nation to lead; read Deut 32:8 in the Septuagint version), but He chose Israel as His portion, and those in there had to be circumcised. Under these circumstances, those not part of Israel, were part of those fallen angel's realm and deserving death.
"8 When the Most High divided the nations, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the nations according to the number of the angels of God. 9 And his people Jacob became the portion of the Lord, Israel was the line of his inheritance."
After Yeshua's death and Resurrection, the Law had been fulfilled and had no more power over the Mercy God gave Man, and the circumcision requirement became a non life threatening requisite from God for Mankind. The Law had been "nailed" to the stake.
People other than Jews are dogs? This doesn't sound like universal love. Paul said the opposite probably because he was less racist like that.
I alwaqys thought Jesus was a homosexual, but I never knew that he preferred dogs.
