I currently have a Nvidia 9400GT with a 775 socket motherboard.
If I am able to keep my motherboard, that would be preferable as I'm not able to cash out for a new one.
The card I want will be mainly for gaming, with a HD connection to a tv.
The Radeon HD 6750 looks like a great card for me, with a low power req and good gaming capabilities, but is this a good option?
Any other options will be greatly appreciated, and any specs I will need for that graphics card.
I would like my graphics card to be able to stream its audio through the tv speakers, if that is possible, but I'm not to fussed about that.
I have a quad core processor with around 2.5gb of ram on Windows 7 - 32 bit.
The games that I want playable at decent resolution are games such as Shogun 2, Dungeon defenders at high resolution and Supreme Commander at decent resolution.
The card i currently own can play these games, but with low fps in Shogun 2.
I don't require intense graphics, but something that can either deliver great fps or a little smoothness would be great :)

The one you have is good, but I'm a NVIDIA guy in video card
The following come accros your budget
GEforce GTX 460
GEforce GTX 560 * Better
Both are 3d Ready and are Extreme HD video cards
i'm keen on nVidia. never had any sturdy reviews with Radeon. definitely however, there is not any snap shots card decrease than $a hundred and fifty which could run Battlefield 3 on extremely, easily. you will might desire to spend around $200+ for top high quality. The GT 640 isn't undesirable however. might desire to be positive for medium-extreme settings. I at present have an nVidia GTX 560. Can run BF3 on extreme around 60FPS. sturdy success. -Justin
yea buy a gtx 460 1gb
or a gtx 550 Ti
There are many options for that price range.
